<p>I’m receiving a lot of money for financial aid and I read something about sending verification documents to UC Davis in order to receive the money. </p>

I don’t think you have to send in documents unless you’re asked…
But yeah, pretty much you have to turn in a verification worksheet + tax forms…</p>

sign on and then view your financial aid info.
If there are red letters at the top of the page that say:
“Your FAFSA is selected for Federal Verification. UC Davis is required by federal regulations to request additional documents (e.g., tax returns, verification worksheet) to verify the information on your FAFSA.The deadline to submit verification documents is July 15th, 2010.We cannot disburse financial aid until all verification documentation requirements are satisfied (under “action required”). You will not be able to accept any offered Financial Aid until after verification is completed.Unsatisfied requirements and late or missing documents may affect the types and amounts of aid offered, and will delay disbursement and/or cancellation of funds.”

<p>When you download the verification form off financialaid.ucdavis.edu (click on undegraduate, then forms), there will be a checklist in the PDF with the address. Follow those steps clearly or else you’ll receive a call or email saying your verification is not complete. It’s not too big of a deal, but might as well get it out of the way the first time.</p>
