Financial Aid...we have a problem

So I submitted my fasfa on time, but it just occurred to me (in axiously waiting for my decision) that I never submitted my collegeboard profile. I needed a waiver to submit the profile, and I dont have a credit card, so i didnt submit it. My first choice school didnt require it, so i didnt worry about it. I was denied there. Could the fact that I didnt submit the profile be while I'm waiting for my decision? I applied for 3 options....thanks!

i just submitted my CSS profile too, and i got accpeted last week. I didnt realize you had to submit a Fafsa AND and CSS profile :frowning: does this hurt my chances of financial aid? Im already accepted at the school of engineering

Hey so i went to the accepted student meeting in LA today and a couple parents said that their student did the same thing. The woman, who was the VP of financial aid said to call/email them at the financial aid office and they will work everything out. She said it will not necessarily hurt your chances of receiving aid, and that you will receive some, but they way she was talking implied you would not receive as much because the bulk of the money has already been distributed.
hope that helps!

there’s also the chance that you sent both of them on time and they dont give you any aid aka me

ouch…thanks
