Financial Aid?

DId anyone get their financial aid info in their packet?
If not, does anyone know when they're coming? That portion of the process is HUGELY important for me, otherwise I can't attend my dream school this fall :(

Same question here. All it said in my daughters is the boilerplate line about many options for financial aid. Hoping that doesn’t mean she gets zero…but fearing the worst.

This would be excellent to know, especially since my ability to attend is very dependent on the amount of financial aid I receive.

My dad just submitted his tax return today… is that too late for me to qualify for any FA? I got my CSS/FASFA in on time

My parents haven’t even received enough documents to file a tax return. I called Admissions and they said just do it soon; they’re flexible with new freshmen.

No, I believe FA info is being sent out next or as they start to finalize plans with papers.

I’m not going to be surprised if mine is delayed a bit because they asked for actual copies of my parents tax returns (random checks).

Looks like on the USC site financial aid page…they notify in early April. Hope that’s true.

you should receive your financial aid package (incl. loans, grants, everything) during the first week of April.

Alex2011 is right - freshman packages generally appear near the end of the first week of April. For those of you who have only recently submitted your tax returns, the amount of your aid won’t be affected, but you may get your package a bit later than those who were able to get them in by the deadline (as helloimdeborah verified when she called).

Congrats on the acceptances, and THANKS to those helping to answer the questions on the forum! :)
