Is there a definite date/ time that financial aid will be available? And will it be posted online or mailed? Thanks

“The acceptance letter/packet does not include the financial aid information, that is sent out separately, from the Financial Aid Office. They should be sending those out within the next couple of days, so you should be receiving them within the next week or so!”
Wednesday at 4:35pm

That’s from the GW Undergraduate Admissions page. So no definite date, but soon!

Just got my packet today. Thanks for the info!

You can obtain that information on line; it should already be available, at least, mine was. Use your GWU ID# in your acceptance letter and the password is your date of birth (you change it later). Good luck!

@dani
Where online? I could not find it in the Activity Center - I went to “Check Application Status”

@ iceberg - sorry, I’ve been offline, but here is where I found my FA info

[MyGW - The George Washington University Web Portal](http://my.gwu.edu), click on gweb info system

Best of luck - hope you get lots of FA!

i went on that website, and it said in order to get any aid i had to send in all of the documents that are listed under the deadline “May 2nd” on GW’s website… this is irritating since I now may not even know my aid by the time they expect me to give them an answer (april 15th)

mine said that too but i still saw my package…

What format is the birth date for the password?

MMDDYY (the last 2 digits of the year)

Apparently my financial aid package hasn’t been calculated yet. Yikes!
