When I went to go check my financial aid awards, there is no option for the 2012-2013 year. I am an incoming freshman. Is this normal?

same for me, so i guess so?

They do not announce financial aid awards for some time. They calculate those later in the year. Talk to the financial aid office for more details. Last year, I think my award information came out around the time I signed my SIR, but I’m not entirely sure.

Isn’t it peculiar to have your financial aid status awarded AFTER signing your letter of intent? I would think it would be a factor to whether someone decides to attend or not…

Though not official, I was able to view my estimated financial aids.
