<p>How do I apply for financial aid? I am eligible for $5,500 from the FAFSA but I'm going to be needing more than that. I will be doing my FTCAP later this month. I'm not really sure how this works. Thanks!</p>

<p>There is very little financial aid available from Penn State, particularly for OOS students (and at this late date). You need to get right on this.</p>
