<p>Transfer students are eligible for financial aid, but as a transfer student you don’t always get the best financial aid package. Freshmen year at my first university, I remember receiving so much merit based aid, grants, and scholarships; but, as a transfer student, I only got a few grants and two loans. The school I’m transferring to now is in state and close to home, but I have to say, I’m a little worried about having enough to pay for school honestly due to the poor financial aid package I got.</p>
