So I got accepted to NYU Tisch, and I checked my financial aid yesterday on NYUAlbert, and it is different than most college’s financial aid announcements. Most colleges will have it in a letter with all of the information about the money and stuff in the letter, but NYU just has the title of the award and the amount. So i got a “Tisch Scholarship” for the Financial Aid Year 2015-2016 for $34,000, and i was wondering if anyone knew if this was like a one time thing (so essentially 34k over 4 years) or if i got this amount every year. It’s per year but there is no guarantee it won’t go down. If you got a $34K award,that leaves about $30K a year which you will have to pay. Lot of money. NYU offered me by far the worst financial aid package.
