Is it true that the UC’s don’t give any financial aid to out of state students? I really want to go to UCSD, but I’m from NJ and wouldn’t be able to afford the full tuition without aid.

Very true. I would run the Net Price Calculator if you are interested but expect to full pay at $60K/year.
