Me and my husband got married 3 years ago and we want to get a house around $350,000 with down payment of around 15-20k. We both are in college right now and both of us are receiving financial aid . Our income right now is less than 40k a year. If we get a house does that effect our financial aid? Do we still qualify to receive the pell grant ?
