<p>there is the national smart grant, they manually review applications for that. ... but you dont have to apply they review everyone on their own.</p>

<p>i reviewed it and as long as you satisfied the A-G requiremnts i guess your eligble, but you do have to receive pell grant/. The smart grant is also for pell grant reciepients.</p>
