Generally when do financial aid decisions come out? Michigan's one of my higher choices (I don't have a first choice, really) and now that I've gotten in I'd like to know how much aid I'd be getting...especially considering how expensive it is for out-of-staters. My family definitely cannot afford the full price.

Mich is very pick with scholarships...not too many get them and the ones that do are the cream of the crop.

I'm not really expecting a scholarship, but I dunno how picky they are with loans and such.

BUMP

I'm not very familiar with their need-based program....anyone have anything to say about it?

R u instate? I got 14k in finaid about half loans and half grants. I also come from a low income family and I can tell you that finaid is really helpful. I find that if your efc is low then ur in for a nice finaid package like mine. Hope this helps

I'm out of state.

Well I'm state so Idk if I can help u with that but what's ur efc? If it's really low I'm sure Umich will extend an offer to help u out like they did to me.
