I just got my financial aid package today. i was very disappointed to see that i had only been offered an extremely small amount of money. i was considering SB but now i don't know.Is there a way to ask the university for a reconsideration of the package?

thats funny because i was offered a very good package enough to pay more then my entire tuition and have extra to use on books and stuff.

...how is that funny...just confused there

Everybody's situation is different when it comes to financial aid, both on need and merit.

If you have questions about your package, contact the financial aid office; being a public institution, our costs are relatively low to start, so sometimes your family's expected contribution (from the FAFSA) puts you in a weird spot. Talk to someone in the financial aid office; wait through the automated answering system and ask to speak with a counselor.

i have a question: how come next to subsidized stafford loans it says pending reason is outstanding- to do items. What does this mean because i already accepted the loan??

Contact the Financial Aid office... there might be a promissory note missing or something like that. Call them today.
