I got my acceptance package on Tuesday, but haven't gotten anything stating what my aid will be. =/ I can't access the information online because I keep getting an error when I try to get a pin to view my financial aid. Is anyone else having this problem?

It's not even letting me log into NYUHome, so you're not alone.

Have you gotten something in the mail about financial aid? I haven't. -_-

i got my fin. aid award in the mail, yesterday.

Yesterday? Do you live in the USA?

yep, in PA

Alright, then I guess i'll wait.

I called the financial aid office and they were able to discuss my financial aid package with me and explain everything I received. Have you tried calling them? Maybe there was a problem with your FAFSA?

Boston U processed it just fine and so did USC... So did the University of Dallas. ^_^'' But there are other GSP students that haven't gotten it yet.

Fin. Aid department said that the Financial Aid part of the website hasn't been updated for incoming freshmen. I tried getting my PIN # too and it wouldn't let me :)

Ah, then I guess I'll just have to be a little more patient. =/ I e-mailed them anyway. xD

Better to be proactive methinks :)

I'll e-mail them again if they don't get back to me soon. Just so they don't forget me. xD

Hmm....I was able to get my pin to check my financial aid, but it says that feature is still not available. =/ And I don't know what my aid is!

Nickel-

I've been in touch with FinAid at NYU and they said that I'll have to wait for the packet via snail mail. They won't be posting up for a while i think. God I hope i'm wrong.

Waaah? Some people got their aid in the acceptance packet apparently. =/ Why not me?

Check your packet again. I got mine in the folder.

I think it's going to come later in the mail.

doesn't it come with your acceptance letter? mine came in there

No, but it says if it doesn't that they haven't finished processing you and that it'll come later in the mail. Should I send in copies of my parents' taxes?
