Does UT send a financial aid package everytime you update (correct) the FAFSA information? For example, if I need to update the AGI then would UT send me another financial aid package with the new information or is the first financial aid offer the final offer? Also, does anyone know what the AGI requirement is for the Top 10% scholarship? If the EFC is 0, then does one automatically get the Top 10% scholarship if they submitted their FAFSA before March 31st and are in the Top 10% of their graduating class?

Anyone care to share any advice? Thanks.

From the FAQ on College for All Texans:

What constitutes financial need as it applies to the Top 10% scholarship? Is there a set of standards or will there be a simple comparison of applicants?

The institutions will use the following calculation to determine a students financial need:
Cost of attendance (COA) - Expected family contribution (EFC) - Pell > $0

Students who meet all of the eligibility requirements and who have at least $1.00 of financial need are eligible for this scholarship.
