My S will be a sophomore there this fall. The merit money and grant money that he receives from K makes it cheaper for him to go there than any of our state schools in Michigan.

My stats were similar to yours and they were very generous with merit money.

Fang Jr’s stats weren’t as good as that, and he got big money. He’ll be living downstairs from magneticpoet at K. :)

It turns out $40,000 is on the cheap side for a private college. Other similar privates cost even more.

First floor Trow? Yay! (I’m on 2nd floor Trow)

First floor Trow, yep. It’s only a week and a half until he leaves for LandSea.

What an exciting time for Fang Jr and magneticpoet! My S was in Hoben last year. LandSea is incredible.

Rondizzle, my S was even given a scholarship for this upcoming year based on his major. It was nothing he applied for and it was just a surprise. So each year, there may be additional aid money that you are given.
