<p>what do you consider generous? My d was hoping for 20k, but only got 10k (without loans) - that leaves a 40k per year gap! Time to beg, borrow and steal!!</p>
<p>My daughter got 30 without loans. We’re pretty pleased, but she is still waiting on the top two choices.</p>
<p>Wow, congrats to her (and you!) She must have great stats? Very low EFC? Ours is pretty low, but stats are not top. Was some of the money grant and some scholarship?</p>
<p>Some grant, some scholarship. We have a very high EFC and she has good stats, although not Ivy-calibre. I suspect that the fact that she picked an under-represented major with the whole package to support her interest may have helped. Of course, I’ll never know that for sure.</p>
<p>I went to the Applicant link and then the Financial Aid box… but the page says nothing regarding my financial aid package.</p>

<p>Yeah i also checked the page but it doesnt say anything, i did notice it only let me log in after i completed the fafsa and css profile though maybe it takes time for them to process it</p>

Click on the “Applicant” tab on “Financial Aid”
You can:
- view awards, document status and messages
- loan information and financial aid history
- download forms</p>

<p>What I did was sign into myfordham.edu then on the top left it says home applicant - hit applicant. Then you will see Financial aid in the top box on the left - click where it says “click here” and it should welcome you and have a list of tabs you can click. The second one says “awards” . it shoud be listed there already provided that you sent in your CSS profile with your early admission application - by Nov 1st. If not you may have to wait awhile to have them calculate it.</p>
<p>Looks like tuition, room and board is up to $53,162 for 2010!! That stinks!</p>
<p>That’s ridiculous If they don’t award me some kind of money there’s no way i would even consider blowing 200k on undergrad</p>
<p>It says they got my FAFSA yesterday, so I’m just going to have to wait a couple days to find out.</p>

<p>Im a bit disappointed with the total cost because unless they give me 20,000 it will just not make any sense to spend that much money on fordham.</p>

I made my MyFordham account before I got accepted and somehow they knew it was me and matched my financial aid information with it. They haven’t posted my award yet though, just the status of my materials.</p>
