so recently i being calling my dream school (Bellarmine) non stop because of my fianancial aid packet, i'm worry that BU wll run out of pell grants to help me pay my tution and fee etc.
i also being worrying about not recieving any fund or grants to help me, i complete my Fafsa allready- in January 6- so do you guy think that i will revieved grants or scholarship in order to help me pay my fees, and do you guy know how long will it take for bellarmine to contact me about my finanicial award and grants.
and do you guy any type grants or scholarship that the federal offered?
please help me i'm worrying to much right now. thank you

Schools do not run out of pell grants. The Pell grant is not a limited funding grant like some other federal aid(such as SEOG, Perkins, Work Study). If you are eligible for any Pell (EFC 4617 or less) then you will get the same amount at whichever school you go to.

The max Pell is $5550 for a 0 EFC and gets lower as the EFC gets higher. At EFC of 4617 the Pell is $1176, at EFC 4618 there is no Pell.

Other federal grants are the ACG. It requires Pell eligibility and certain academic requirements. It is $750 for a freshman and $1300 for a sophomore (but is scheduled to go out of existence after the 2010-2011 school year). The other main one is the SEOG. SEOG is very limited funding. Schools choose their own criteria for awarding it and set their own maximum. Both my kids schools require a 0 EFC for SEOG. My daughter’s school has a SEOG max of $2,000 while my son’s has a maximum of $200.

thank you so much for the information, am just worrying about college and how i pay for it, it being really hard on me trying to apply for every scholarship and focus on my school at the same time.
