<p>I'm a transfer student and I'm wondering why I didn't receive some of my current grants/other aid.</p>
<p>The only grant I received was the Federal Pell Grant because my EFC is under 4000.</p>
<p>I somehow lost my TEXAS Grant, Texas Public Education Grant, Education Opportunity Grant, and Academic Competitiveness Grant. </p>
<p>I completed over 30 hours last year and maintained over a 3.5 GPA so all of the guidelines were met by me. Why would this happen?</p>
<p>you should contact the FA office, im assuming they ran out of funds.</p>
<p>Did you apply late? As I understand it, the grant money is distributed according to the date you filed your FAFSA. Contact them and see if there is anything that can be done.</p>
<p>I filed the FAFSA in February before the priority deadline.</p>

Also does anyone know if a transfers chances of getting work study is?
I called financial aid today in they said they ran out of funds and I would be put on the waiting list
