<p>I am a freshman currently enrolling in UCSD this fall. Recently, I recieved two emails regarding my financial aid status. The first one said that I did not submit my Verification of U.S. Citizenship status, but I mailed it to them on June 16th. The second email said that my official awards were available to view and accepy on Tritonlink. When I logged on to Tritonlink, it indicated that I did not finish my mandatory list, therefore I could not view my official awards.
I emailed the financial aid office on July 2nd, and there still has been no reponse. I tried calling them various times, but there either has been no counselor available, or it askem me for a "mailbox password(?)"...
Does anyone else have the same problem? Please help me!

<p>Honestly I think the whole system is c***, sorry for that, but anyways I email them similar fin aid questions, and they take like 2 weeks to respond. So I would just keep emailing them, I’m probably going to pay the campus a visit too, I think the fin aid office should be open from 10 to 4 on weekdays, so call during that time. Also try to call the main admission office to ask them to transfer ur call to the financial aid office if you can’t reach them.
