Does anyone know how to purchase books with financial aid? I have tried multiple times to contact the Office of Student Financial Services without ever having any luck.

As far as I know from experience, you can only pay for books with financial aid if you have money left over after tuition & housing have been paid.

Yeah, books are up to you if tuition an dhousing have been paid but you have no more fin aid left. Still, it beats paying the whole thing.

I should have plenty of financial aid left over for books, after tuition and housing have been taken out. My question is should I just pay for books with a credit card and wait for the remainder of the financial to be paid out to me? Or is there a way to pay for books directly with financial aid?

goodness! this is the question i’ve been trying to ask also.

Well there is no way to pay directly with financial aid. Even if you purchase from the coop, you have to purchase with an actual debit/credit card or cash. If you have excess funds from financial aid they will eventually be disbursed to you as a cheque or EFT.

So yeah, just buy it with a credit card and pay it off as soon as you get your excess.

Thanks, Why Two Kay.
