<p>After appealing last week, I just received my revised financial aid award.
It still was almost 2x what the FAFSA calculated it to be. Does anyone know what the formula that Tufts uses to calculate financial need, and if Tufts meets 100% of financial need?</p>

<p>Also, is there anyway to appeal an appeal... there is absolutely no way my family can pay what Tufts is expecting us to. </p>

<p>Mine ended up being slightly under the FAFSA EFC, so I was happy. It must go on a case by case basis - I mean there are six kids in my family so they must have taken that into account more than the FAFSA computer calculations do. It really sucks that you’re in that situation though… good luck</p>
