Financial Awards Now Online

My Financial Award Info is now showing online for Oregon. Shows Summit award plus $1,000 'Freshman Enrichment Award' which I assume would be a one time thing.

Where do I go to check my financial award? I am on my application menu and cannot find anything regarding financial awards.

Thanks

Cory, it is on DuckWeb which you should have gotten an ID and password for when UO got your application (<a href=“User Login”>https://duckweb.uoregon.edu/pls/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin</a>). Mine only went up today, so it’s possible that you still have to wait. I also got a Freshmen Enrichment award. I’m wondering if this means that my award is final. Is it possible that I still could get the Presidential Scholarship or some other award?

I got the same award money as @jbourne plus a Federal Pell Grant worth $2,780. It comes out to around $12k a year in grant money which is nice, but I don’t think it’ll be enough. I got my physical award letter in the mail today and there was a paragraph at the bottom that said “unfortunately, we were unable to award you the Diversity Excellence Scholarship” or something along those lines. If you got the presidential scholarship I think it would have shown up on your award letter online. I also called the financial aid office and they said that the award they gave is their best possible offer. I’m still going to try to appeal though.

We did get an email yesterday confirming that the ‘freshman enrichment award’ is a one-time award. I am thinking about calling them to see fi there are any additional scholarships we can apply to OOS, but I am guessing they will just say no.
