Financial Certification

Hi, I need a help. I am an international student and I have to proof a financial certification. Schools required to show that I have suffiecient money sth like 60k ! Does this declaration how much money I can pay? Cause my parents may have those money, but that does not mean they can pay so much for one year. What schools would think about it? I really need a financial aid.
Could you please clarify it to me?

As an international student, you will be required to show that you can pay for all of your college expenses in order to get a visa to study here. This can include financial aid that you have accepted from the university where you enroll.

If you can’t demonstrate that you have the resources to pay for college…including any aid you receive, you will not be granted a visa to study here.

Oh, yes I understand that. But I mean if I show to schools I have chosen that I have suffiecient money, would they give me financial aid? I have required sum of money, but that all our savings and we can not use them all, that is why I am asking, how much money should I declare them now - how much do I have or how much I can pay?

You need to find out how to apply for financial aid at the colleges. Some do not give any financial aid to international students. Some of those require financial certification when you apply so that they know that you can pay for everything.
