<p>I've applied to Boston U and NYU, but I am a permanent resident of california with no security number. I have E-1 visa from South Korea and US.</p>

<p>they are asking me for financial documentation and fafsa, but I can't apply for fafsa since I don't have SSN.</p>

<p>how and what do I send for financial documentation if I can't apply for fafsa?</p>

<p>You should ask them. it sounds like you will have to apply for aid as an international applicant. They will tell you what forms they need.</p>
