<p>I was talking to my dad today about application and he told me that we won't have to mail in our financial documents until like Feb or March.</p>
<p>I thought that was only for needblind schools.</p>
<p>So for example, I am applying to Columbia. I'm currently studying in the US.
According to their website, it says that I should follow the guideline that is given to US citizens except FAFSA, which I cannot file.</p>
<p>Does this mean that my deadlines for these documents are the same as another US citizen applicant?</p>
<p>How are they need aware if they don't know how much aid I need? or Do they not make the decision until I turn those documents in?</p>
