i've applied to the university for fall 2013 semester under ED.I've received my username and password for the upenn application portal. I'm an international student and on the financial forms that I've to fax to penn, they require me to fill in a "Penn-assigned I.D. number" - any idea if this number is somewhere inside my portal...?? The emails that contained my portal login info dont mention anything about a further email containing such a number. Please clarify!</p>
