<p>Are your parents married? If so, you use both incomes.</p>
<p>If they are married and just filing separately then you would be committing fraud if you did that. Risk of fines, imprisonment, plus having to repay any aid fraudulently obtained. So, no, I would not recommend you do that.</p>
