Financial issues... Verification sheet?

<p>My father passed away this last November so our financial situation has been absolutely crazy. My mother has been far too busy to get 2004 taxes filed so I was only able to send 2003 taxes and 2004 W2s. I also sent a letter explaining my situation and that I would send 2004s ASAP, but for now this is what I had -- the 2003s were too much different than the 2004s aside from the fact that my father's income is now gone. </p>

<p>First question, I think I botched something up majorly... I didn't write my name on the 2003s/W2s but my name is on the letter that I sent along with the tax information. I hope this is sufficient? If not, will they lose my stuff and not award much if I am accepted?</p>

<p>Second question, I just got hit with this Verification sheet that I needed to fill out as soon as possible. What should I do with this?</p>

<p>I think that you should seriously call the financial id office and explan your situation. I would feel more comfortable with that than you going along with just my info. It would onlt take a sec and you would get it all over with...</p>
