Does anyone know what the normal timeline is for TAMU financial aid packages. I am a planning, so I am trying to be patient, but I also want to start making plans for our portion of my daughters tuition. We filled out our FAFSA on 10/1 and received confirmation that it was processed successfully on 10/4.

The only thing I can offer is that financial aid isn’t generous given at TAMU unless you are NMF or have financial need (sorry the correct term has escaped my mind). My daughter who is a senior now at TAMU gets maybe $1500-2000 per year in scholarships (she is an over achiever with high GPA); my son who is a sophomore (just transferred) didn’t get anything (still has to prove himself academically at TAMU even though he got a 4.0 his freshman year at TAMUCC). I think for incoming freshmen, they announce rewards in March/April (might be February - not sure) but they can trickle in through summer before school starts. Good luck!
