<p>i have a problem here!!
i'm an international student and i forgot to submit my financial statement.
Will Rice notify me in the future about my missing document
and have me send it to them then????
Someone told me that Rice automatically reject those
who did not submit financial statement.</p>

plus, i believe financial statement has to be mailed.
it’s 1/3 morning here.</p>

<p>no offence, but asap DHL it, and submit a letter of apology, with it, coz u are screwed, the adcom office clearly said submit with it or else they wont look at ur file.
i think the office is closed, otherwise you could have faxed it to them.
