Im starting to compile a list of internships to look into for next summer (early, i know, but ideally I would like one with a security clearance so i guess nows the time to start). I was wondering if anyone knew of any good opportunities besides the CIA, NSA, and state department. I would love to work for DoD in the pentagon but im having trouble finding any info on how to apply for DoD internships. I know these are all highly competitive so I want to keep a broad scope. Im a double major in math/poli sci so I have a wide range of things I can do, although ideally again I would like to work in applying math to defense, maybe modeling of situations, etc. So does anyone know of where I can look into DoD internships, or anything else in the related field? I would prefer to apply for internships with security clearances because that would be a great asset to have. Also, Ive looked into booz allen hamilton for national defense consulting but would I have to compete with the milliosn of management consulting applicants? Btw, im a rising sophomore so this woul dbe for summer after soph year. Sorry for the long post :)
