Hobbies/ Interests: I play the violin, basketball, reading, drawing, video gaming (not sure once I get to college thought), KOREAN DRAMA.
Stance on guests: Not much, but please do have them respect my stuff. (And don’t laugh at my stuffed penguin. I can’t sleep without it for some reason).
What time do you usually wake up: 6, but that’s because high school starts at 7:40.
What time do you usually go to sleep: 10:30pm to 11:30pm (again, that’s because I have to wake up at 6)
How do you like to study: Afternoon, I want to find a place in the library to study where it’s quiet. But at night I prefer to stay in my room.
Pet peeves relating to living with a roommate: None, I’m willing to adjust and compromise :]
Goals in Life: I want to go to med school and be a pediatrician. Go to South Africa and volunteer as a doctor.
Clubs / intramurals you may be interested in: Not sure what’s out there. I’m interested in basketball, orchestra, and anything pre-med.
Anything else: I know I would get homesick a lot. Every night I must give my parents a call (on cell or skype). I go home every two weeks. So whenever I’m not there you are free to invite guests. Just don’t mess with my stuff of course.</p>

<p>Preference: Someone who’s going into medicine as well and be study partner with. If not, I’m fine with it as well.
Someone who speak Chinese (again, if not, I’m really okay with it) because I need to practice it.</p>

Outgoing: 7, college is something I’m looking forward to new things. I’m willing to be there when you need me, be it at parties, or any other social events.
Talkative: 3, I’m really shy, but once you get to know me (sometimes it takes awhile) I start to be more talkative…and relaxed.
Cleanliness: 6-10, my room right now is VERY messy, but I wouldn’t want my dorm room to look disastrous.
Partier: 3. I don’t think I would have a lot of time to party. I’m more of a shy nerd :P</p>

Other Interesting facts: I seem like a jock kind of guy but I am pretty smart. I wont party too much during the week hopefully. I am not sure how often I will be going home while I’m in school but I am fine with you bringing guests over as long as they aren’t too annoying. If you are into electronics and stuff like that, that would be cool also. I want to keep my dorm nice and clean so please no dirty/messy people. haha</p>

Stance on guests: guests are fine; I’m pretty flexible. I could definitely work around my roomate as long as they were willing to work around me occasionally.
What time do you usually wake up: 6:15 a.m. My school starts early :frowning: I am a very heavy sleeper though so I’m sure no one could wake me up in the morning…
What time do you usually go to sleep: usually 11 p.m. on a school night
How do you like to study: quietly; alone; the location doesn’t matter (I can study in my room or at the library)
Goals in Life: I either want to get my Master’s in Business Administration and be a project manager for a Fortune 500 company or go to law school

Other Interesting facts: I like to travel across North America. I’ve been to 42 something states and 3 countries so I’m well traveled. Secondly, I have a boyfriend, but he doesn’t go to UP (he’s a freshman now at Altoona) so he probably wouldn’t visit that often or be in the way. Thirdly, my fav t.v. shows are The Office and GLEE. Fourthly, my fav. book is Pride and Prejudice.</p>

Smoker, drinker, drug user (if any): Ive never smoked. I dont like people who smoke/ reek of cigarettes. Dont mind people who drink but I dont (most likely change in college).
Odd living habits: None that I can think of. I like to listen to some kind of noise when I go to sleep- TV, music, people talking, sound machine, etc.
Hobbies/ Interests: Music! Ive been in show choir for a few years and the arts is huge at my school. I’m a reading nerd - Ill read just about anything you give me. I pretty much am into anything and everything, sports, the arts, etc.
Stance on guests: Dont mind them, as long as it’s not excessive it doesn’t bother me that much. I probably wont have any for the first few months of school (or, ever).
What time do you usually wake up: 6:12AM. I leave my house for school at 6:50, so I dont need a lot of time to get ready in the mornings. On the weekends, I still wake up considerably early, 9-10AM.
What time do you usually go to sleep: 10:30PMish on a school night, 2-3AM on weekend nights, Im a night owl, but that just means I stay up late reading or shopping online.
How do you like to study: I can study anywhere. In groups, alone, quiet, in the library. If my roommate needs me to leave, I can. Super flexible on my studying area.
Goals in Life: Work for/create a successful startup, live in NYC, travel. Right now, my goal is mainly to become a professional in my field and work up from there.
Clubs / intramurals you may be interested in: Um… I heard they had a Harry Potter club? :slight_smile: Also Id like to try an array of sports at a club level, Ive dabbled in loads of sports throughout high school. And Thon, thats a must.
Other Interesting facts: Im looking to study abroad in London (I’ve never left the continent) either sophomore or junior year, and hope to get an internship in NYC over the summer one year. My favorite TV shows are Modern Family, Big Bang Theory, and 30 Rock. Im kind of a closet Harry Potter fan… I think the books are really good. I also am not 100% sure what I want to do with my life yet, Im leaving my options open.</p>

<p>Other Interesting facts: I’m SO excited to have gotten into Penn State! I cant wait to start and make new friends/have an amazing time! I might start in the summer even though I was accepted for fall so if you need a summer roommate and are interested in rooming with me, let me know! I would love a roommate who is somewhat similar to me, who I can hang out with, can live in close quarters with (im planning on living in east halls), and who is driven to succeed in school but also knows how to party/have a good time! Someone who also likes to have stay in weekends and relax and watch movies/tv instead of going out every weekend is good too! Im not looking to want to be with my roommate 27/7 or BFF’s, but if we become close, great! </p>

Other Interesting facts: Basically there’s a lot of things that interest me and am very flexible to try new things. I am a little shy at first but once we hit some common ground we’ll be good friends. I am a true 90s kid so I love having awesome conversations about why growing up then was the best thing ever, talking about bizarre topics, heck, I’ll talk about anything really.
