Finding College

Hey guys!

Well, I am a junior in high school and am in the process of finding good colleges that are a decent fit for me. Right now, however, I have found a dearth of colleges that appeal to me. So, I would sincerely appreciate it if some people would read my stats below and suggest some match and reach schools for me = D.

-Also spending summer researching for INTEL..but it will be outside of a "specific research program"- I got rejected from the 2 programs I applied 2 = /

Thanks so much guys!
Robbie

It depends on what type of school you want to go to. I’m sure you’re familiar with the rankings, but outside of that what sort of college do you want(for fit)? Large? Urban? Rural? Undergraduate focus, etc?

Thanks for the response!
I guess I like schools with a moderate to small student body (like 15,000-4,000 students). Bascially, being a member of a class of 30,000 nameless students doesn’t appeal to me. Additionally, schools in really urban environments are not for me. Safety is really important to me and at times it can get kind of scarey at like USC (its a great school but there are a quite a few places you have to avoid during the night/evening.) Lastly, I DON’T want to go to a liberal arts school: some are great but are not for me.

Thanks,
Robbie
