<p>@agg999, judging by what the admission officer said, some parts are done independently of application. But I’m assuming that the finalized packages are done only after the admission decision has been reached.</p>

<p>CMU sends aid packages in batches according to twitter. Wonder who gets the aid packages first</p>

<p>I think by batches they don’t mean weeks in between. Probs hours. And they probably do it alphabetically or something.</p>
