Finding Out..

How do colleges notify applicants of admission decisions? I suspect it varies by college, so could anyone tell me how the following schools notify their applicants? Thank you! :)

Yale
Georgetown
Boston College
Lehigh
Fordham
The College of New Jersey
Fairfield University
University of Delaware
Marist

I’m pretty sure Yale and Georgetown mail out the decisions. Not sure about the rest.

Most have online & mail notification. Once your app gets processed, you’re given a password to a portal. Yale definitely has online notification.

If no online notification, then you’ll get a letter. But this is superfluous info right now. Focus on your apps

I can only give you info on two of these schools. Yale has online notification which comes out at a given time (at the ivy decision time). Georgetown does not have an online system so they send out emails at a time that they do not exactly specify. When I got into Georgetown I never even received an acceptance package in the mail (ridiculous, isn’t it?).

thank you all for your help.

the reason I am asking is that 6 of my applications are already completed, 5 of them early action, so for me this information is actually quite pertinent.
