<p>So I'm living on campus at UCLA in a plaza and no one in my building smokes, nor do I have any friends that currently smoke close to my building, so if you are down to chill together or you have any suggestions on how I can run into more smokers, let me know!</p>

<p>I don’t smoke, but I see plenty smoking outside in the apartments. There are plenty of people in the dorms who do that sort of stuff too. Just be careful because there are people who will use you for it.</p>
