<p>Where can you go to completely get away from people that is within relatively close walking distance from campus? The only place I can think of is plantations and there are always joggers flying through there. Are there any places to get some peace?</p>

<p>The fields out by the tennis courts on North Campus?</p>
<p>Lie back on those and look at clouds, I say.</p>
<p>The path around Beebe Lake has some nooks.</p>
<p>You can also find quite a few libraries on campus, where there are plenty of nice niches to find solitude. Also, when Sage Chapel doesn’t have any gathering scheduled, it can be a peaceful place to sit for a while.</p>
