Hello,
I am going into my senior year of high school and am trying to find colleges that I would like to go to. Right now I have TCNJ, Ithaca, Ursinus, and SUNY Geneseo on my list. I am looking to find a few more. I would like a school that is pretty small, in a nice area, and preferably on the east coast. I scored a 1700 on my sat (600 math/550 writing and reading) but only took it once. I have a 4.00 unweighted GPA and my weighted GPA is slightly higher(my school hasn't released our updated GPA's yet). I am ranked 12th in my class with over 200 students. I also run both cross country and track, and would kind of like to run at a division 3 college, though that is not my number one priority. I am not sure what I want to major in yet. Anyone have any suggestions of other colleges I should be looking at?
Thanks

Home state? How much can your family pay?

Muhlenberg? SUNY New Paltz? Marist?

Juniata?

I am from New Jersey. I also only took the SAT once, and did it without studying or anything, so my score should go up a little bit.

I attend Ursinus and I love it. Just 1600 students and the town is very small but the students are pretty diverse in terms of personalities and interests and it’s easy to become familiar with people really quickly. It’s very expensive, though…

Ursinus gives wonderful aid. I know a young woman with a house hold income of about $100,000 who is going to Ursinus completely free. Just some perspective, even though she has 3.7 GPA, she has less than a 1400 out of 2400 on the SAT and a 13 on the ACT. I think about 75% of her package was merit based nonetheless. She had a passion for musical theatre.
