Finding UC GPA

Can someone help me figure out my UC GPA? If it's relevant, my school does block schedule. N=NO because it was a term I didn't have the class (that is the right way to put in on the app right?). H means honors.

My school has a culinary arts academy and that's why I have so many cooking classes. I don't think these count toward UC GPA since they're considered non-academic right (saw a similar course listed but my HS was not)? PE is non-academic as well. Marketing Culinary is like regular marketing, but we focus on marketing in the food industry. I think this would be academic but it doesn't show up on the UC a-g course list. I'm taking Econ and Psych my senior year but they aren't in my first term (should I request a change with my counselor for the GPA boost or is it fine to have it later?) My school doesn't show up for Criminalistics.

Thanks for taking the time to read this!

P.S. Sorry if this is the wrong forum section. It seemed the best place since it's relevant for college admission.

Here is the link for the UC GPA calculation <a href=“GPA Calculator for the University of California – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/</a>. UC’s use only your 10th-11th grades for their calculation, so as long as you list your Senior classes, you should be fine.

I had seen that before, but I was a tad bit confused since it said semesters and my school is block schedule and uses terms. AP classes take 3 terms. So basically only 8 TERMS of AP/Honors counts? If so then that’s just messed up :(

On a separate note, it’s worthless to move my AP classes to first term since it won’t impact my UC GPA?

I used this other link for CSU/UC GPA: <a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU;
and I got a UC GPA of 4.35 which is very competitive. If you are only applying to UC’s, they will not look at your Mid-year Senior grades, so taking the AP’s later in the term will not hurt, just list them as to be completed. If you applying to some privates, they will often ask for Mid-year grades so taking them earlier will definitely help. Most schools will recalculate your GPA anyways, just make sure you have met all the a-g requirements for admission. Have you taken a fine arts class? since this is the one a-g requirement that trips up many applicants.

Yeah I took 2 terms of Ceramics I in my freshman year. I’m on track to finish all a-g by the end of senior year. I just had problems figuring out how to find my GPA. Thank you so much!!! :)
