<p>I’m going to wait till the first day of class because I don’t know how accurate their list of “required” books are.</p>
<p>Look at an old syllabus from last semester online. Almost always that will be more detailed about what is required. For example I learned MIS 325’s book is just recommended for additional reading.</p>
<p>At this point in time the list of required books for a class are pretty set. However, if the class lists a bunch of books (as in more than 2), and you aren’t expected to show up the first class having read any of them, I would suggest holding off and seeing if the professor actually requires the books - a few times I’ve had professors who say that one or two of the books aren’t actually necessary.</p>
