Fine arts for admission requirements?

So I'm doing my fine arts class online through BYU because my schedule is full, so it's not on my transcript yet. But I saw that UC Berkeley's application requirements require 1 year of a fine art. Which I'll have by the time I graduate, but I might not have done by the time I apply. I assume once I finish the 2 courses I have to take for art, they'll be added to my transcript for the credit so I can graduate. Will Berkeley accept this? Or do I have to take art through my school? And will they understand that my art won't be on my transcript yet because I'm doing it online? Please reply quickly, I only have a few days to change my schedule.

I'm applying to UW, MIT, Caltech, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Duke and Stanford but I don't think they explicitly require art as a minimum admission requirement, correct me if im wrong.

I also noticed this:
[University of California - Admission by exam](http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/freshman/requirements/examination/index.html)
My UC Score is above 425 (nonresident) so do I need to worry about the art thing? Is there any other forms I have to submit or do I have to talk to someone for the “admission by examination” thing?
