So I was given a few previously administered SAT II Literature tests by my English teacher at school last month (he had on some occasions made copies of the actual test to help students in the future), and they were REALLY great because they were the real thing and thus helped me prepare fantastically.

But now I've finished them, I was just wondering what other tests I could use to practice from - i.e. which ones are the best/most effective, which ones are harder/easier than the real thing etc?

Thank you for your help :)

Kaplan (I believe) has 8 or so practice tests. I would use that, even if it isn’t as precise as the real ones.

I don’t really know if I’d advocate the Kaplan tests. I took the diagnostic test and got like a 680. That freaked me out sufficiently. But then I took the real thing and got a 790. The Kaplan book places a ton of emphasis on knowing specific literary terms and devices, and the fact of the matter is that it’s unnecessary. So go ahead and use Kaplan tests, with the realization that they may not be an accurate representation of how you’ll do on the real thing. At least they’ll get you thinking in the right way to approach the test.
