As i said before (not sure if it was on this thread) universities applications in Portugal start in June, so even if i get rejected by all the universities in US i still have time to apply for universities in Portugal. That’s my backup plan.

These are unrelated; there are need-blind schools that do not offer good financial aid (e.g., NYU), and need-aware schools that meet full need, even for internationals (e.g., Reed).
I’m talking about need-blind colleges that meet full need for international students.
But don’t ignore need-aware schools that meet full need for internationals.
Of course not, during my 12th grade i will be looking into all options and consider which universities i should apply.
