I am considering a career in Finance so i am looking at Harvard (rejected as Freshman), Yale (rejected as Freshman), Stanford (rejected as Freshman), (did not apply as freshman -->) Penn Wharton, Cornell AEM, Dartmouth, MIT

Let me start by saying you are a very talented human being, but Ivy Leagues are crapshoots and I'm sure everyone applying for transfer is also talented as well, Harvard Yale Stanford you can apply but it's going to be a crapshoot(aka luck of the draw type thing).

I think you got a good chance at Penn(be alerted that Wharton is tough to get into though) and Cornell AEM, solid chance at Dartmouth.

Harvard DOES NOT take transfers. You have a good shot at all the other schools, but like ramen said - Ivies are crapshoots. Best of luck, you have a better chance than most people.

ugh, are you kidding? I totally forgot about that. Anyways thanks for the feedback...anymore?

there's not much really to say that hasn't been said, you are a very qualified applicant but with the admissions rates at the schools you listed its a complete crapshoot and the schools routinely turn down very qualified applicants..although your ethnic background will help

You are a very strong candidate! Maybe add in safetys if you really want to transfer out because, as has already been mentioned, admissions into top schools is a crapshoot ( even moreso with transfer admissions)
I am wondering also whether your fathers job would give your app a "VIP" flag. I think you or your parents should talk directly to admissions/academic recruiters about it because that could seal the deal.
