First College Orientation the Best?

Is it true that it is the best to go to the first orientation you can attend because then you can register for courses first before the students from the later orientations?

Yes! I attended the first registration/orientation and there were more class options was very true for me.
I think doing it sooner rather than later is your best bet.

But the first few orientations are in June, how are we suppose to register if we do not know our AP score?

So at my school, freshman take phil one semester and english the other. Since I did not know my English test scores yet, I decided to take philosophy first. This way if I needed to take English, I could get it later and if I didn’t, I wouldn’t need to switch classes because I was already in something I needed.
For example, if you took English and History AP Test, sign up for a math class for general education. This way you are taking something you need, but not something you might get credit for later.
