<p>If so what happens in this scenario:</p>
<p>Person A- Submits on 10/15/08 and school transcript and recs arent recieved until 10/20/08
Person B- Submits on 10/16/08 but school transcript and recs are recived 10/18/08</p>
<p>Would Person B's application be reviewed first? and if so if he/she is accepted would that hurt the chances of Person A since there are less spots?</p>

<p>I don’t think it should make that much of a difference,since it doesn’t even necessarily mean they got it later just that they managed to put it up later. Since you’d both be ER you’ll both be reviewed around the same time anyways two days shouldn’t make that big of a difference.</p>

<p>It depends on when they actually receive it, I’m not certain that just because it was put online first means they received it first. But they don’t review someone’s application until all parts are in so I guess it would be whoever had everything in first.</p>
