Just wondering if I have any chance of getting in or not?

The following are where I stand as of now:

GPA: 3.96 (Cumilative)
SAT: (haven't taken the official one yet, but I received an 1870 on a timed practice test)

I am currently taking 4 IB classes and a Japanese class at a local college

Activities/Organizations:

-Secretary of Multicultural Club (9th grade)
-Choir Club (9th)
-Director's Award, Choir (9th)
-Letter Award, Choir (9th)
-Performer in Multicultural Day (9th)
-Participated in Cultural Exchange trip to China (9th)
-Honor Society (9th and 11th -- no honor society available for 10th graders at my school)
-HOSA Chairsperson (10th)
-3 Internships (10th)
-Treasurer of another cultural club (11th)

Creative Work/Hobbies:

-Piano (10 years)
-Violin (2 years)
-National Federation of Music piano festival participant (8 years; all "superior" ratings)

Unfortunately if you score a 1870 on the real SAT you will have almost to no chance in being accepted, keep on practicing and study extremely hard because even with a 2200+ on the SAT its not even a 100% chance you’ll get accepted, Standford is extremely competitive

What raises flags is that right now you’re only doing 1 EC. Why did you stop doing the ECs you were doing before? plus nearly everyone (except me >.>) plays piano/violin/etc and your interests don’t really stand out. It doesn’t quite seem like you’ve discovered your passion yet based on your ECs, so keep looking! :)

I think you’re right! I haven’t really sat down and thought about what I really want to dedicate myself to… hopefully I still have time? (even though I only have this year and senior year to pursue something) :/
