Looking at-
Emerson
NYU
Hofstra
Fordham
Ithaca
Syracuse
Muhlenberg
Uconn
Penn State

Chance me please, thank you!

In everywhere... probably in at NYU

yeah, NYU would be tough

Ditto. But you must've had a lot of fun for the past four years!

hahah...got so brought down with EC's, my GPA really really slipped

Depends what NYU school you want to apply to. Reject, obviously at Stern. I think you'll get waitlisted by NYU and possibly accepted into their GSP (General Studies Program).

Oh no, got report card today, GPA dropped to a 2.9! Very upset at myself, are any of the schools I listed out of reach now? Also, what are some good matchse near the east coast for me

With a GPA of below 3.0, it's gonna be tough for you.
However, with decent test scores and great ECs, take a look at Northeastern, UMass, and Hampshire.

You have a shot at NCC...take a look.

as good as NCC is, i think ima have to pass.

i'm just really worried about Emerson, its my number one and i'ma apply early action if you think that would help

You have a solid chance at all of them.... The fact that you're class president and your SAT scores are strong should be enough to carry you.

You might want to consider some safeties though.....the schools you have listed are in the match/reach categories

Work your ass off fall semester and bump that GPA to be 3.xx instead of 2.xx. Makes a large difference in initial impression, which can make or break you.

what are some saftey's you think i should consiter...i am intersted mostly in communications or theater

Quinnipiac has an amazing communications program. With your stats, I have no doubt you will get in there.

I've really heard a lot of good things about that, il check it out

Look at Goucher College. Great Communications department and theater department.

You have Hofstra already, but it has a nice Communications program.
