First Post-chances?

<p>This is my first post! I am wondering what my chances are at Dartmouth? </p>

<p>ACT: 32
GPA: 4.2 (weighted)
Rank: 24/449 at a very competitiv and highly regarded public high school in the Chicago suburbs.
SAT: not taken yet
SAT II's: will take Bio and US History in May
All classes have been Honors or AP all 3 years
Will have 5 AP's next year as well</p>

<p>EC's: Choir, Concert Choir and Belle Choir all 3 years
Choir Board all 3 years
All-State Music Honors with Division 1 placement in solo and ensemble the last two years.
Cantor at Church (volunteer)
School Musical this year
Pulished in school literary magazine all 3 years
Volunteer office assistant at school
Diving team (JV level) 2 years
Track team (JV level) 2 years
Model UN
Peer Mentor
Tutor in Writing Center
Student Council all 3 years</p>

<p>Also, Championship level Irish Dancer basically my whole life with travel to Ireland for competitions, 4 Nationals Championships, and a teaching position in the school for beginner dancers. Multiple shows and TV spots.</p>

<p>Interest: Pursue a pre-med/Biology major </p>

<p>Essay: Will probably write on my life long battle to overcome an eye disease and be a "normal" kid, relating it to my interest in medicine.</p>

this month all eyes are on the april RD students..many awaiting 2 years for this moment..just keep a watch these next few weeks and you will see what stats the accepted and rejected have..of course your gpa is good but without sats its premature..one more thing im of the opinion that essays should be upbeat and whats great about you..with all your unique dancing i would go that way and keep the health problem to yourself</p>
